The Runes are an important part of my own shamanic and magic life. On this pages I offer you insights in my useage of these ancient glyphs of power. Important remark: I am neither Asatru nor Odinist nor belonging to any other of these groups, although I accept their views. The Runes are frequently mixed up with political views of the ugliest kind. I have no connections to these misled people and distrust any developments within the european pagan scene in neonazistic and fashistic directions. During creating these pages I used several different resources which can be found on my resource-list.

     I want to express my special thanks to Friedrich Bernhard Marby, which discovered the methods of Runic Gymnastics in the early decades of the 20th century and revived the ancient wisdom of the teutons. During the development of these pages I couldn´t use all writings of Marby, but I could at least correct the Sowilo Position, which is much more convenient and powerful if done after Marbys decriptions (the positions shown by all other authors are rather suggesting obstipation then a solar power *g*). My own runic knowledge is in constant growth, hence some topics are currently excluded: so I am not writing on the geomantic implications of the runes - my knowledge is not yet publishable.
